Cantaloupe Breakfast Drink (which can be a midnight snack too)

What You Need:

  1. 1/2 cantaloupe
  2. 1/2 cup milk (skim to be healthy, 2% to live a little)
  3. 3 cups water
  4. Sugar or natural sweetener to taste (or Splenda)

What You Do:

  1. Put it all in a blender.
  2. Serve in a fancy glass with ice.
