Chicken Curry

What You Need:

  1. 1 Cup Rice
  2. 2 Chicken Breasts
  3. 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  4. Curry Powder
  5. 1 Chopped Onion
  6. Chopped Ginger
  7. Chopped Garlic
  8. 3 Cups Chicken Broth
  9. 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas

What You Do:

  1. Chop the chicken up into biteable sizes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and begin cooking the chicken with curry powder sprinkled across.
  3. Take care when cooking the chicken to move it around and not burn the spices.
  4. Move the chicken to a separate bowl after a few minutes (should be half cooked).
  5. Add the ginger, garlic, onions, and more curry powder to the pan. Cook for a minute and add chicken back in.
  6. Add chicken stock and peas and continue to cook until sauce thickens and chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Serve with rice!
