Cinnamon Pancakes for 100 Calories

What You Need:

  1. 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  2. 1 tsp baking soda
  3. 2 tbsp splenda
  4. 1/2 cup eggbeaters
  5. 1 cup skim milk
  6. 2 tbsp cinnamon
  7. 1 tbsp vanilla extract

What You Do:

  1. Mix flour, baking soda, and splenda in bowl.
  2. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  3. Beat into dry mix roughly (adds air into the mix).
  4. Then stir in the cinnamon.
  5. Serving size is 1/3 cup mix. Cook with a nonstick cooking spray!
