What You Need:
- 1 package frozen edamame (12 oz)
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup packed cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
What You Do:
- Place edamame in a pot and fill with salted water.
- Place over medium-low heat, bring to a simmer, and cook until tender (~5 Minutes)
- Drain edamame
- Puree everything in a food processor until smooth.
