Garlic Cheese and Butter Popcorn

What You Need:

  1. 2 quarts popped popcorn
  2. 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (can also use olive oil)
  3. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  4. Salt
  5. 5 minced garlic cloves

What You Do:

  1. Put popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
  2. Saute the garlic in the butter for about 4 minutes
  3. Pour sauteed garlic over the popcorn and shake and mix.
  4. Mix in the cheese
  5. Add salt to taste, and toss again.
