What You Need:
- 2 quarts popped popcorn
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (can also use olive oil)
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 5 minced garlic cloves
What You Do:
- Put popcorn in a large bowl and set aside.
- Saute the garlic in the butter for about 4 minutes
- Pour sauteed garlic over the popcorn and shake and mix.
- Mix in the cheese
- Add salt to taste, and toss again.
