What You Need:
- 1 bag chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon Soy Flour
- 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco hot sauce
- 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon thai hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon spicy mustard
What You Do:
- Put everything in a ziploc bag and mix and coat, while preheating oven to 400 F.
- Spray some olive oil onto a cooking pan and lay the coated wings on the cooking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then put on broil for 3 minutes. Remove immediately.
