Homemade Thai Spicy Chicken Wings (healthier than what you get at a restaurant)

What You Need:

  1. 1 bag chicken wings
  2. 1 tablespoon Soy Flour
  3. 1/2 tablespoon Tabasco hot sauce
  4. 1 cup buffalo wing sauce
  5. 1/2 tablespoon thai hot sauce
  6. 1 teaspoon spicy mustard

What You Do:

  1. Put everything in a ziploc bag and mix and coat, while preheating oven to 400 F.
  2. Spray some olive oil onto a cooking pan and lay the coated wings on the cooking pan.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes, then put on broil for 3 minutes. Remove immediately.
  4. Enjoy your healthier alternative!
