Honey-Glazed Almonds

What You Do:

  1. 1 1/2 cups raw almonds
  2. 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  3. 1 tablespoon sugar
  4. 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  5. 1/4 teaspoon salt

What You Do:

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the almonds in a medium nonstick skillet and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes or until lightly toasted, shaking pan frequently.
  3. Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Add honey mixture to pan, and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  6. Arrange almond mixture on baking sheet in a single layer
  7. Let stand 10 minutes and break apart any clusters.
