What You Need:
- 1 Can pickled beets (I look for low sodium and low sugar) – Farmer’s markets have some good ones!
- Pepperjack cheese block (Swiss is also a good combination. Cheddar is a bit of a weird combination, but still works)
What You Do:
- Pour the pickled beets in a bowl.
- Cut up some cheese and mix in.
- Eat like woah.
