Pickled Beets and Cheese (so quick, easy, and healthy)

What You Need:

  1. 1 Can pickled beets (I look for low sodium and low sugar) – Farmer’s markets have some good ones!
  2. Pepperjack cheese block (Swiss is also a good combination. Cheddar is a bit of a weird combination, but still works)

What You Do:

  1. Pour the pickled beets in a bowl.
  2. Cut up some cheese and mix in.
  3. Eat like woah.
