Prosciutto-Wrapped Pear Bites

What You Need:

  1. 3 Pears, sliced into appetizer-sized wedges
  2. 3 cups arugula
  3. 1 package fresh basil
  4. 5 very thin prosciutto or country ham slices
  5. Coarse ground pepper
  6. Lemon-Lime Juice

What You Do:

  1. Soak pears for a tiny bit in lemon/lime juice to prevent browning
  2. Remove pears and drain juice
  3. Put one slice pear onto 2-3 arugula leaves, and 1 leaf of basil
  4. Cut each prosciutto slice lengthwise into tiny strips.
  5. Wrap each pear/leaf bundle with 1 prosciutto strip.
  6. Arrange on a serving platter, and sprinkle with pepper.
