Quick Pasta Snack

What You Need:

  1. Knorr Pasta Sides Cheddar & Broccoli
  2. 1/2 cup Milk (skim if you wanna cut back on the calories)
  3. Yellow Bell Pepper
  4. Parsley
  5. Cayenne Pepper
  6. Broccoli

What You Do:

  1. Follow the instructions on the Knorr packet (super easy)
  2. While the pasta is cooking, cut the bell pepper and broccoli
  3. Add it to the boiling milk and pasta
  4. When you turn the heat down, add the parsley and pepper at that time. If you add it right here, then the spices will absorb into the pasta correctly.
  5. Boom. Done. You just made a poor college student’s meal a wee bit healthier but still just as quick and cheap! :D
