Spicy Lemon-Dill Chicken with Onions

What You Need:

  1. 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  2. 1 White Onion, Chopped
  3. 3 Lemons, cut into quarters
  4. 4 Cloves Garlic, chopped
  5. 2 Habanero Peppers, diced real finely
  6. Dill
  7. Pepper
  8. Garlic Salt/Kosher Salt
  9. Olive Oil
  10. Cayenne Pepper

What You Do:

  1. Heat pan with Olive Oil
  2. Make sure oil is hot before placing onions and garlic into pan
  3. Sprinkle cayenne pepper and salt onto onions and garlic
  4. Saute and stir for ~5 minutes or until onions are soft and brownish
  5. Place cooked onions and garlic in a thin layer onto serving dish, set aside
  6. Heat pan with oil
  7. Sprinkle dill onto the oil
  8. Place two chicken breasts onto pan
  9. Quickly Squeeze one quarter lemon onto top of 2 breasts
  10. Place about 1-2 teaspoons habanero peppers on top of breasts
  11. Sprinkle garlic salt/kosher salt, pepper, and dill on top of breasts
  12. Cook for 2 minutes, flip
  13. Quickly Squeeze lemons on top of breasts
  14. Place another 1-2 teaspoons of diced habanero peppers onto breasts
  15. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and dill onto breasts
  16. Cook 10 minutes
  17. Flip, cook another 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
  18. Place breasts over bed of onions in serving dish, drizzle oil from pan onto breasts
  19. Repeat process for other 2 breasts
  20. Place those 2 breasts on onions in serving dish, drizzle oil from pan onto breasts
  21. Squeeze any remaining lemon onto top of breasts
