Veggie Egg Scramble

What You Need:

  1. 4 tablespoons Egg Whites (for one person)
  2. yellow bell pepper
  3. red bell pepper
  4. orange bell pepper
  5. Sliced mushrooms
  6. Sea Salt
  7. Olive Oil

What You Do:

  1. Begin sauteing the chopped vegetables.
  2. Pour the egg whites on top.
  3. Scramble and add salt.
  4. Serve with an english muffin and start (or end) your day right!
