
What You Need:
- 4 tablespoons Egg Whites (for one person)
- yellow bell pepper
- red bell pepper
- orange bell pepper
- Sliced mushrooms
- Sea Salt
- Olive Oil
What You Do:
- Begin sauteing the chopped vegetables.
- Pour the egg whites on top.
- Scramble and add salt.
- Serve with an english muffin and start (or end) your day right!
